Chakra Dance Classes

Classes will be run on a monthly basis in different areas around Cape Town. All details you can find on the home page. If you are interested in a workshop for your friends in your neighbourhood, please contact me with details, and I'm happy to arrange that with you.

These classes are also great for Bacherelotte parties in the Cape Town area.

Some notes on the classes:

1. You dont need to be a dancer to enjoy these classes.
   
   
2. Some classes are specifically for females - that will be specified. If it is not specified, anyone over 16 is welcome.
   
   
3. Alot of the dancing is done with your eyes closed, so you need not worry about feeling intimidated. This is an open, free space where you can just let go!
   
   
4. Every class is different, as I receive different guidance on what to do, so you will experience something different each time. For example, You can do 5 throat chakra classes and you can get something very different out of it every time.
